Our Honey

All honey sold is pure, locally produced honey.

Our honey is raw and has only been filtered to remove large bits of wax. It contains pollen from local plants. Nothing added. Nothing taken away - just the taste of this years bloom - sweet nectar, straight from the source.

  • Raw. Never heated, never processed — it keeps the natural enzymes and character intact.
  • Minimally filtered. Straining removes large bits of wax; everything fine passes through.
  • Local pollen. Every jar carries the blooms of Marietta — taste the place it came from.

RussBee is a small Marietta, GA apiary. We work our hives by hand and let the honey flow on its own schedule — which means small harvests and a real waiting list. When your batch is ready, we call or text you first: that's the whole promise.

Harvests are small and seasonal. We don't hold money for honey we don't have yet — so the waiting list is how we match the harvest to the people who want it, fairly and in order.

Our honey is pure and locally produced. It is raw and has only been filtered to remove large bits of wax. It retains fine particles and contains pollen from local sources — nothing to hide, plenty to taste.

Local, quiet pickup is available on our doorstep in Marietta, GA. We also frequent a handful of privately owned destinations where we can perform a hand-to-hand delivery. If you have been invited to join our list, chances are it was at one of those places. We'll sort out the details together when your batch is ready.

We are a small-scale, backyard hobby apiary based in Marietta, Georgia, dedicated to the health of our local pollinators and the art of sustainable beekeeping. Because our bees naturally produce more honey than our family can consume, we use this online waiting list exclusively as a private organization tool — to share our seasonal surplus directly with friends, neighbors, and community members who want pure, raw honey, while helping us recoup a small fraction of the costs of keeping healthy hives. To stay firmly within the legal boundaries of our hobby, we strictly follow all state and local guidelines. We harvest, bottle, and label our raw honey entirely in-house, handing every jar directly from our hives to the end consumer in full compliance with the Georgia Department of Agriculture's direct-to-consumer rules. What we don't do: we have no commercial storefront, we don't accept digital payments or online transactions (you pay in person when your honey is ready), we never wholesale to third-party retailers or boutiques, and we don't solicit the general public or invite walk-up retail. Every exchange is pre-arranged privately and hand-to-hand, so you can enjoy a jar of local honey knowing it was produced and shared the right way.

Fresh honey won't wait.
